I am sure most of the mothers keep wondering if we are giving enough healthy food to our kids
Atleast this was my concern most of the time, I used to keep making menu charts for my child with variety of foods every day. As my senior Mommies mentioned keep trying don’t give up, this helped as my 4 years old eats all the vegetables and fruits without any fus
The only thing i keep reminding him to value food on the plate and dont waste, keep thanking almighty for giving it to us. Once he asked me while we were driving looking at the poor kids on the roads why are they always hungry. I was speechless but he said they would be wasting food thats why they are not getting it. I couldn’t correct the innocence then, but am sure he’ll understand when he grows.
The current diet chart we following is as follows
Morning: Breakfast (Dosa, Sandwhich, Idli, Rava Upma, Dalia Upma, Parathas, etc)
Mid Morning: Dryfruits with Milk
Noon: Lunch (Veg/Nonveg – Gravy, Dry Vegetable, Chapati, Rice)
Evening: Milk followed with some fruits
Night : Dinner (Veg/Nonveg – Gravy, Dry Vegetable, Chapati, Rice)
